Mun Kan is a exercise Rose attended since 8 years ago, she go for it every morning mon to sat 7.30 to 9.30. She is very good at it, she body is every flexible and can do all 18 styles.
This Mun Kan is a type of exercise concentrate fully on stretch. Stretching body lenght to the max. heheh
